Policies for Reagan Stage

COVID-19 Social Contract
I acknowledge that I am aware of certain risks of participating in public events due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and that I am choosing to enter the venue my tickets are purchased for. I understand that by leaving my home, I am exposing myself to a greater risk of becoming infected with coronavirus, or of infecting other people. In order to do my part to not spread this virus, I agree to not enter the venue and to return home if (a) I have a temperature of 100.4 degrees or above, (b) the venue's medically trained professional determines that I may not safely enter the venue, or (c) there is reason to believe I carry the coronavirus despite the current absence of symptoms. If I enter the venue, I agree to strictly follow all health and safety rules the venue has posted, which are designed to protect patrons, workers, and performers.

Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.

No ticket exchanges done on day of show (for that day's show). Other exchanges can be made by contacting the Reagan Stage office at 210-356-1828 or by emailing Mr. James Kaiser (jkaise@neisd.net). Please include your order number and/or seat numbers in all communications.

No ticket exchanges will be done for performances which have already occured.

We accept cash, checks with pre-printed address and banking information only, and credit cards.

Ticket Availability

Tickets for Reagan Theatre shows typically go on sale here two weeks before opening night. During the week of the show (Tuesday - Friday), tickets may be purchased in person during all lunch periods in the Fine Arts concessions window from our parent volunteers. We accept cash, check or credit cards.

NEISD Employees

All current employees may receive one (1) complimentary ticket for each production. Please contact Mr. James Kaiser (jkaise@neisd.net) for instructions on how to receive your ticket.

NEISD STAR Pass Holders

Please contact Mr. James Kaiser (210-356-1828 or email jkaise@neisd.net) to receive instructions on how to receive your ticket.

Group Tickets

Groups of 10 or more are eligible for special pricing. You may go ahead and select your seats, when your cart reaches 10 or more tickets, our ticketing system will automatically apply the group discount to your tickets.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Reagan Stage). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
